I have been trying to canceled my Spotify for the last 3 day but the facebook login hasnt been working. It just renewed and I want to cancel it.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to look into getting that cancelled and refunded for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

To cancel my subscribtion it wants me to enter my password I don't know my paswword. To change my password it wants me to enter my paswword. So what is the soloution?

Hey @tblackgold72 - if you log out of www.spotify.com by clicking your username in the top right then Log Out, you'll be able to reset your password here.

Once you've set a new password you'll be able to log back in and cancel your subscription following the steps in our handy cancellation guide.
