i click the "forgot password" and i fill in my e-mail, but i dont get a new one, what should i do? ive checked spam and its not there either..

Bruno, it looks like your account was made through Facebook - is this right?
If so your Spotify password is the same as your FB one, so you'll need to go there if you'd like to change it.

I had to go throught the FB log in method and HAD to use my FB password, that sucks. FB now will generate a different PW for apps, which I have done for Spotify. Spotify has me locked in to FB and will not allow any change to... anything. Either I change it or I dump spotify. Any solution or imput is greatly appreciated.

BTW I made a new FB account, generated a Spotify specific PW and reinstalled spotify, registered and I am still unable to use the any password other than my FB one.

I'm having the same problem with my password. I haven't been able to access spotify on my iPod or iPad for days. I asked spotify to send me my password but the email never came. What to do?

tomchii - it looks to me like everything's sorted on your account now, is everything working ok for you?

AW - please just try logging in with your original 'adamwelling' account and connecting that to Facebook. Let me know if you have any trouble doing this.
