Hmm, the best advice I can give you would be to open a new account with a new e-mail address, which is now possible! When you visit the Spotify website, you should be directed to a page that encourages you to sign-up. Don't mind the "Sign-Up with Facebook" button because it isn't applicable to you at this time. Although, in the future, you should link your Facebook account so you can share your Spotify streaming love with your friends across Facebook and other social networking platforms.

Once you've signed up with this account, find your old playlists from your old account. See if you can subscribe to them. If you need any assistance with the transfer of content sans your subscriptions, you can use Spotify's contact form here.
