    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been unable to use spotify for 2 days, as the message on my ipod states that i need to upgrade to a 'Primium' account.&amp;nbsp; However i already have a Premium accout , in which its subscription automatically updates and is not due to expire until 22/5/2013.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. I followed the steps and deleted my Spotify account but I still cannot get the Application on my Apple Smartphone. Help!&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Desktop works fine Premium works fine.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;How long ago did you upgrade? Sometimes it can take a few hours for your subscription to be recognised on all of your devices. Make sure you are logging on using exactly the same details as on the desktop.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
