&lt;P&gt;The help pages are currently offline for some reason, the Spotify staff are on the case!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you get in touch with the Spotify team directly using the&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-account/" target="_self"&gt;online contact form&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;they will be able to help you recover your account after verifying a few private details with you to prove ownership.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Peter&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Haven't used Spotify for a long time - stopped using it when the restrictions were introduced. Decided to come back today, but can only access my Spotify account by logging in with Facebook, as I can't remember my password. I can't get a password reminder sent, as I no longer have access to the email address I signed up with &amp;nbsp;(changed my ISP). Yet I can't update my email address without entering my password. What do I do? I don't want to access Spotify via my Facebook account, as I don't want the two accounts linked, and hate the way FB reports everything I do on Spotify. I know I can turn that off, but I just don't want FB accessing my private listening habits at all. Any suggestions as to what I do? I've tried the Help section, but every link I hit there returns an error message! Would be grateful for any help - thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
