Got a few problems

Haven't used Spotify for a long time - stopped using it when the restrictions were introduced. Decided to come back today, but can only access my Spotify account by logging in with Facebook, as I can't remember my password. I can't get a password reminder sent, as I no longer have access to the email address I signed up with (changed my ISP). Yet I can't update my email address without entering my password. What do I do? I don't want to access Spotify via my Facebook account, as I don't want the two accounts linked, and hate the way FB reports everything I do on Spotify. I know I can turn that off, but I just don't want FB accessing my private listening habits at all. Any suggestions as to what I do? I've tried the Help section, but every link I hit there returns an error message! Would be grateful for any help - thanks.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

The help pages are currently offline for some reason, the Spotify staff are on the case!

If you get in touch with the Spotify team directly using the online contact form they will be able to help you recover your account after verifying a few private details with you to prove ownership.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
