Can't delete second account

I think I'm having the same duplicate account problem that lots of others are having. Is there any way to get rid of this account? I've had a premium account since August that has been linked to my facebook and this is the first time I've had this problem. All I want is to be able to link my original account back to my facebook.

Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hey, it looks like we deleted your duplicate for you earlier today.

Is everything working ok now? Your Facebook is connected again to your original Spotify account.

I just noticed all my playlist etc was gone in spotify on my computer so after a while i thought my subscription was ended so i logged on to your site to renew it and after i did that i read about dual accounts...

So after i did renew that account i now have 2account and are paying for both of them... and you dont even have a supprt number or chat..

Ok, trialsrider I've deleted your duplicate account.

Please bear in mind that I can't get round to everyone, so if anyone else sees this, I'd recommend checking out my stickied post with instructions on how to get this sorted, or send in a message via the contact form.

Hi Richard--I am also having a really difficult time deleting my secondary account, which is under Frederick Sechler Jr, and this issue is preventing me from connecting to facebook.---thanks runwiththewinderik.

Hi again Richard--Sorry I just posted a reply under my secondary account. I did not realize I was logged in under Frederick Sechler Jr. I apologize. I would like to delete my secondary account, please disregard my previous message from runwithwinderik. This is so confusing. Anyway I tried to delete the secondary account and there was no link to delete the account, only renew it. Thanks for any help you can give me----Erik

I can't locate my original account. I had a premium acocunt, with playlists, and an iPhone app, but now I can only access the second account. I don't know what my original log in was as I set the account up through Facebook. I've emailed Spotify, but I haven't received a response.

Hi everyone,

If you're having trouble connecting this original account to your Facebook, it's mostly likely because a 48 hour trial has been started on the secondary account.

This trial starts automatically when you log into the secondary account from a mobile phone. For more information on this please see this similar thread.
