yes i canceled my face book account and couldnt acces my spotify account sowe i opened this one but yall just chared me on the other one i would like to be able to use that one but if not than just cancel that one and a another one is [Snip-Email-Peter] and or [Snip-Email-Peter] . please let me know how to solve this problim thank you david moore.

I am just going to take your email addresses out of your post, best to keep those details private!

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you in getting everything moved over to your new account for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
