Spotify not working - Error 17

Hello

I've purchased spotify around a month ago and now it stopped working. I cannot start spotify on my computer. The error code is 17 / spotify cannot start - Spotify kann nicht gestartet werden. And now spotify on my phone stops working as well. I do really appreciate any help!!! Thanks
