'can't upgrade at the moment' unlimited running, no upgrade to 3 month premium

I have a few days left with unlimited.

And i want to upgrade to 3 month premium with a 30 euro spotify card.

but it keeps saying (can't upgrade this at the moment).

Any ideas? Tried different browsers though, no succes.

There have been some issues affecting subscriptions today. The staff are working to fix them right now.

I still got the same problem...

I have unlimited, want to redeem a code, with succes.

When i want to 'select 3 month premium'.

(Red square giving feeback 'we cannot currently redeem this code')

There was some server issues earlier which are still ongoing which are effecting both premium and unlimited account upgrades, the main topic about it is here (where the staff are posting updates).

I would suggest you have a read at and try the steps outlined in this post once it is fixed!

Im sorry but it's not exactly just getting no premium, it let me select my 3 month options when i redeem my code, and when i hit 3 month premium (i have 14 dag unlimited left) it says cant redeem code at the moment.

And on the last posts from yesterday on the topic link you gave me, they say there problem is solved. But mine is still going sorry.
