Extra charges??

Did anyone else get charged £15 for bt fon wifi access pass when they signed up for Spotify Unlimited? I completed the 30 day free trial of Premium first. Didn't expect the extra charge!

We've definitely only charged you £4.99 for Unlimited this month, after that free trial. Sounds like your Spotify use has gone over your data limit with BT and they've charged you for that. It's worth contacting them to find out exactly why though.

Hi,

Spotify have no connection to BT. It's likely you went over some fair usage policy, and you were charged.

You should contact them 🙂
