I follow some users accounts, but my spotify doesn't update their recent songs. I tought they didn't use Spotify, but they denied. So why I see always the same?

If you're not seeing anything in the activity panel and you're definitely following them, it could be that they're not making their playlists or activity public (in the preferences) or maybe they're just not listening to music. Can you see your friends' playlists when you select them?

Yes, I see their playlists when I select underlined user's name.
For example, now, my boyfriend's listening Astor Piazzola but I see his last listenig was Al di Meola - Michelle (it was few days ago).

Can you try a clean reinstallation of the application and see if that makes any difference?
