Facebook Friends on Spotify does not work

I can't find any of my Facebookfriends on Spotify! It says "There are no more people to show at this time", and when I try to search, there's no results.. I don't find friends on my iPhone neither. What am I supposed to do to find them?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

That is weird, does Spotify have all of the permissions it needs in your Facebook App Settings? Try removing and then adding it again.

If that doesn't help, I would suggest you get in touch with the technical support team directly using the online contact form as they will be able to look into your account a little closer.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Removing and then adding it again didn't work, so I've sent them a message directly 🙂
