Don't worry, they are a great bunch &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":winking_face:"&gt;😉&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Peter&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Dear mr Spotify. According to my bank account I'm paying €9.99 a month for your premium account. However according to my spotify account I'm not signed up for premium. I would like this sorted out immediately. Either a refund of the money I have paid or a few free months of premium service. Failing that you can cancel my account. Dave</description>
