&lt;P&gt;I bought a gift card for friend in another country (I'm in Spain, he's in the UK) and when he tries to redeem the code, he gets a "country mismatch" error.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;How can we solve this problem?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Spotify gift/e Cards are currently only redeemable in the country in which they where purchased.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/" target="_blank"&gt;online contact form&lt;/A&gt; they might be able to get it changed over to a UK code for you, but no promises!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Peter&lt;/P&gt;</description>
