    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you @&lt;U&gt;jwylot!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/U&gt;&amp;nbsp;definitely have the correct email listed in account overview, and I just used the online contact form so I'll hopefully have a response soon. I wanted to let the community know this has happened to more than a couple people.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Unable to receive email to set a password for my devices</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm new to Spotify and signed up primarily so I can listen via my Sonos Connect. &amp;nbsp;Since I cannot log into Spotify on my Connect with Facebook credentials, I need a username and password to do so.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've gone thru the process about 5 times where Spotify tells me "An email featuring your device username and a link to set your password has been sent to 'my email address'." &amp;nbsp;I've tried this using 3 different browsers: &amp;nbsp;Chrome, I.E., and Firefox.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm not receiving the email with the info. &amp;nbsp;I've checked my junk mail filter. &amp;nbsp;It's not there. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any ideas? &amp;nbsp;Is there an alternate way to contact Spotify to get this info?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Firstly, have you tried using a different email address?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it still doesn't work, try submitting an &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/?contact" target="_self"&gt;online contact form&lt;/A&gt;; and someone at Spotify should be able to do it for you.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi AnthonyB,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried changing my primary email address on Facebook to my Gmail account rather than my work account. &amp;nbsp;I was able to do this, but when asking Sonon to send the code it's still sending it to my work email address. &amp;nbsp;I suppose I'll try the online contact form now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your assistance,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Gary&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having the same problem. I use facebook to log in. I have tried three times and have not received the email with my device password.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
