Well it's been a blast for the few months I enjoyed your service.

That was until I decided to close my Facebook account. I log in to find that I've lost all the music I'd set up and dumped into

"Hey you're using the free Spotify, sign up for Premium" WTF....

Yeah, well f@#k you, I just closed my premium which was set up on paypal, and thanks for the

"Hey if your account was deactivated on facebook, it's easy to reactivate...."

WHY THE CHUFF WOULD I WANT TO DO THAT

Hi, and welcome to the community!

You can always submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify can move everything from your old facebook.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.

It looks like you had 2 accounts here. One with the username 'pcriddle', and another created through your Facebook. If you were to log in with the username 'pcriddle' and your Spotify password, you'll access your Premium. I've just deleted that Facebook-created one to avoid any more confusion.

This 'pcriddle' account is in no way linked to your Facebook, so you can keep it totally independent if you wish.
