Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

I would suggest the best plan is to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this since they should be able to see all of the purchase information about those eCards.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Peter

Problem with e-cards

I purchased several e-cards to different persons as a way to thank for some help I have got. The first problem is that not all of them seem to have received the e-cards from spotify.

The second problem (the real one) is that in the confirmation emails I have received, I see the redeem code and I see an order number, but I don't see the name/email of the person I purchased the e-card for. So I cannot match the redeem code to the person.

I looked in the "account" section of spotify, but I do not see ant trace of these payments I made.

So finally myquestion is: How do I know which email/name was associated with each e-card order?
