I will be moving to Panama for two years to work with Peace Corps. I'll be without internet most of the time and would like to maintain my Spotify subscription. If I purchase a year plan, will this mean I only have to log in to Spotify once a year to refresh my licenses? If not, what is the best way to ensure I receive uninterrupted access to my music?

Hey! 🙂

Unfortunately not, the Spotify application requires you to go online at least once every 30 days to verify your subscription is still active, even if you have pre-paid for a whole year (don't ask me why!).

So as long as you connect your device at least once every 30 days, your offline content should be fine! Just be aware that if you don't connect inside the 30 day window, you will get the "Offline license expired" message and you will have to redownload all of that offline content, which as you probably know can take a long time on a slow connection!
