&lt;P&gt;Have you tried entering your Spotify username on the&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/password-reset/" target="_self"&gt;reset page&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;instead of your email address? Those emails do commonly get filtered out by spam/junk folders, so be sure to check in those too!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you are still having issues, you can get in touch with the customer services team directly using the &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-account/" target="_self"&gt;online contact form&lt;/A&gt; and they will be able to help you manually recover that account.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Peter&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Problems with logging in</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm having trouble logging in after I reinstalled my OS.&amp;nbsp; The issue is that I don't remember my password, and when I go to the login page and ask for the password to be emailed to me, I get no email.&amp;nbsp; In the app, I tried logging in with what I thought was my password and email, but that ended up reactiviating my facebook account and giving me empty playlists =(&amp;nbsp; I would like some help from an actual employee who could look up my account and solve this giant mess.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
