    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi .&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I just bought a giftcard in Norway to upgrade my account to Premium. ( I live in Norway)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When i'm texing the code it finds how much the card is, but when i'm choosing Premium there's coming up a sign says&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;"&lt;STRONG&gt;We are currently not able to redeem this code&lt;/STRONG&gt;"&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; What does this mean?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'd tried yesterday and today, but always the same happens.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'd be grateful for some help &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Just be sure to include the code in the message and they can check it out for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Peter&lt;/P&gt;</description>
