    <description>&lt;P&gt;Still trying to buy a premium subscription but just like over a week ago, when I try to enter my zip, it says invalid zip code. The box already starts off red and says invalid before I enter anything. My acount settings are set to America, yet it wont accept any American zip code. I've tried Safari, Mozzilla, and Chrome. Same problem with all of them. Been waiting over a week and still nothing has changed. I would love to give you my money, but at this rate It makes me worried.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I would suggest you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/" target="_blank"&gt;online contact form&lt;/A&gt; and they should be able to investigate what is wrong a little closer. Hopefully its just a mistake somewhere in the accounts system.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Peter&lt;/P&gt;</description>
