&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If your Spotify account was created via Facebook, then that Facebook account needs to remain active for you to be able to use the Spotify service, that is just the way it is I'm afraid. If you wish to stop using Facebook, you can either get in touch with&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/" target="_self"&gt;customer services&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;(again) or there is a DIY tutorial&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Newcomers-and-Contribution/Tutorial-How-to-Disconnect-Spotify-from-Facebook/td-p/247266" target="_self"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;On that account, are all of your playlists missing? The 10 hour limit applies to all free accounts which have been registered for more than 6 months, there is no way around that one other than subscribing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
