Please Help

I have spotify premium and my credit card number was changed because of hackers that got into my account. Now I can't pay for spotify because spotify disabled my account. I told the credit card company what happened and they said you have to contact spotify. Does spotify have a phone number so I can speak to a live person.

From what I read there's no number to call them, but you can reach them by filling out a support ticket here:

Apparently the response time is usually within 24 hours.

If you can't login using the above form, use this one instead 😉

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
