    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Dear Spotify&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am unable to use it anymore, I had a previous spotify and it was linked to Facebook&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt;[Snip-Private Details-Peter]&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I now have a new Facebook account and cannot get Spotify,I have tried several times&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;and several ways nothing will be accepted except my old email address and password,I have tried removing&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;but nothing happens just takes me to down loading page even if i sign up for a new account with and&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;without facebook and with new name and password.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;any advice please as I miss spotify very much, I had the free version&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;PearlHolt&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I have removed those personal details from your post, best not to post usernames and password (ever) on a public forum, even if you can't access the account &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":winking_face:"&gt;😉&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/" target="_blank"&gt;online contact form&lt;/A&gt; they will be able to assist you in getting your accounts set up how you want them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Peter&lt;/P&gt;</description>
