    <description>&lt;P&gt;So, this has been going on for quite a while now. It has repeated twice now and I really want know why it keeps happening? I am pretty sure that my card won't expire for a while.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;PRE&gt;Dear Customer,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We've tried a number of times but have been unable to renew your Spotify subscription. As of today, you'll start to hear ads and, if you had a Premium subscription, you'll lose access to Spotify on your mobile phone.&lt;/PRE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then they put a link in the email which links me to the subscription page. And I have follow the steps. I have also looked at Support and Help, but no, doesn't help at all. And I really need spotify.This have happened twice, first time after I had the 30 days trial and now after I payed, I want know why this happens, and why you won't fix it when you know it failed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry for my English.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
