Password problem / hacked

Hello.

I believe my premium spotify account has been hacked, ive had it for years with the same password and today it stopped working.
I cannot login with my password anymore.

I've tried to reset the password without getting the email. So i think someone might have hacked my account and changed the email adress.

Spotify Account name : dns
Email where I was getting all the spotify news mails etc and which the account should be registered too : [Snip-Email(Privacy)-Peter]

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to help you recover that account after verifying a few private details for ownership.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Also, going to hide that email address, wouldn't want you to get spammed! 😉
