Where are you seeing this number?

If you created your account using Facebook, that is your Spotify username.

the thing is.. this numbers are from an account that i don't know how to access it.

i had an account already with facebook information. Then I created another one but with facebook integration also.

I then unchecked the facebook info (in 2nd account) and tried to login to the other account (login with facebook, normally).

Now I have no Playlists, nothing! And I can see my original (first) account but with that number.

This is a bit estranger but I don't know how to get back my first account data. Is has my playlists, who I'm following, starred songs..

If you can, please help 🙂

Ah I understand now, it sounds like somewhere in the process that username has become detached from the Facebook details. The only way to get it fixed is to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to work their magic for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
