They are the only ones who can do it I'm afraid.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Peter&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a 10$ gift card and didn't know the difference between unlimited and premium so I click on unlimited&amp;nbsp; but I only got it because I though it would work on my Ipod but it doesn't so&amp;nbsp;how do I switch to premium the one that works on everything and yes I already tried switching but it wants me to set up a payment method but I just want to&amp;nbsp;refund my card I have&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;to get premium help???!!?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A failing grade from the BBB is an atrocious reflection on the company. The BBB was created to protect consumers from companies who have notoriously terrible service (as Spotify does) or who rip them off (Spotify, repeatedly double charging customers).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
