      <title>Not receiving password reset emails</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi - I've forgotten the password of my Premium account, and when I click on the reset password link, I don't get an email through.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've tried clicking reset password through the website and through the client, but nothing.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have been checking spam filters as well - I have no problem receiving other emails from Spotify.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any way to resolve this?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Cheers, will try that under this new free account I setup.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Before I tried to get to the contact help page, but couldn't because can't log in without my password which is why I ws trying to contact them in the first place!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
