Hello

I have forgotten the password for my Spotify account, and have requested a reset. However when I click the link, I only get "Bad gateway" (502 or 504). Can you help?

The right folks at Spotify are aware of this issue and it should now be fixed 🙂

If you're still getting the error message when trying to open the Spotify website or Account page, please try using a private/ incognito window.
