Disappearing Playlist

This has happened about 2-3 times now. I know that I am not deleting them and since I have it with my Facebook account with all the secuirty settings enabled I know that no one has access my account.

What happens is I use both the Spotify desktop (mostly at home) and the Spotify Web Player (Work & other machines that are not my own). This only happens with one playlist that I think is named "Pop-Punk Favourties. I have recovered this playlist before using what I remember from memory and my starred songs but it is going to get tedcious if I have to continue doing this throughout my use of Spotify.

Is there any help that can be offered, is there something I am missing?

I know the playlists are still floating about as.
