NUS Student Discount availability

Hi,

I've been trying to sign up the NUS discounted subscription in the past few days without success. I keep getting the erroe message "This feature is currently unavailable.

I have used both links on NUS website and spotify website.

Any suggestions ?

Could you try giving it a go in a different browser? Sometimes that can be the cause of these things.

Also there's one strange thing. If I logged in using Facebook, I'll be stuck in "enter my Facebook password" loop.

I'm also having this problem, it's been like this for about a week. Gutting thing is I actually had it before I ordered a new bank card and then it got cut off cos the card details changed. Sort it out Spotify!

I, m without spotify for a few days now..if they don't sort it out, more customers will start to think they don't actually need spotify and you, ll lose customers.. better sort it out soon , spotify!

Hi all, having looked at your accounts, you all have the NUS discount applied to your accounts, so there doesn't seem to be any issue with the cards themselves.

Could you check the following general payment troubleshooting FAQs:

Credit/debit card

PayPal

If everything looks okay with those, try clearing your browser's cache/cookies then giving it another go.

Failing that, as we're not able to see specific causes of problems, it might be worth checking with your bank/PayPal, to see if they can see any reason why a payment wouldn't go through.

Cleared my cookies, changed my payment method, then it's sorted!
