&lt;P&gt;I've been trying to sign up the NUS discounted subscription in the past few days without success. I keep getting the erroe message "This feature is currently unavailable.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have used both links on NUS website and spotify website.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Could you try giving it a go in a different browser? Sometimes that can be the cause of these things.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If I logged in using Facebook, I'll be stuck in "enter my Facebook password" loop.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm also having this problem, it's been like this for about a week. Gutting thing is I actually had it before I ordered a new bank card and then it got cut off cos the card details changed. Sort it out Spotify!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all, having looked at your accounts, you all have the NUS discount applied to your accounts, so there doesn't seem to be any issue with the cards themselves.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could you check the following general payment troubleshooting FAQs:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/uk/problems/#!/article/payment-problem-card" target="_self"&gt;Credit/debit card&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/uk/problems/#!/article/paypal-payment-problems/?in=search" target="_self"&gt;PayPal&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If everything looks okay with those, try clearing your browser's cache/cookies then giving it another go.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Failing that, as we're not able to see specific causes of problems, it might be worth checking with your bank/PayPal, to see if they can see any reason why a payment wouldn't go through.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
