    <description>&lt;P&gt;Very strange, are you 100% sure you are using the same log in details on all of your devices?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Its a bit of a pain but sometimes a quick&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="http://support.spotify.com/learn-more/faq/#!/article/reinstallation-of-spotify" target="_self"&gt;clean reinstallation&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;can kick things into gear for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Premium User  Subscription Problems</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been a premium user for over year now. &amp;nbsp;The day I got a mac book pro I installed spotify and my playlist did not sync. &amp;nbsp;It even said that I should "upgrade" even though I have been paying for premium service. &amp;nbsp;If I log into my account online it shows my credit card information. &amp;nbsp;If I go to my account from the spotify app it claims I dont have a premium. &amp;nbsp;Now it says on my iPhone app that I don't have premium. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can someone please explain why this is happening, and how I can fix it?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am using the online player and my playlist are there and everything, no adds. &amp;nbsp;This all started when I added spotify on my mac. &amp;nbsp;I was using spotify all day on my iPhone, and now its stopped working on it. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
