&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've just taken a look at the account connected to your Community profile and there's no subscription history on it at all so it seems the account you started the trial on is under a different email address.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you check your receipt, that should have your username on it. If it's a series of digits, it'll be your Facebook details you use to login.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
