No more Facebook

Hi.

I have just started a new Spotify account becouse my old one was connected thru Facebook.
Since i do not want a account on Facebook any more, i decided to delete this account.

But this affected my old Spotify account, so i no longer could log in.

I tryied all kinds of sollotions. And found out that the only way was to reactivatet my Facebook account.

Thanks a lot Spotify!!

The only thing i just wanted was to reset my old account, an create a new login diretly on Spotify.
But this was not possible.

And ist pretty dam hard to find a support mail adress or anything that can help a paying customer.

Could anyone in this system help me reset my old account????

Please write me for account details.

Hey Munk_23,

As your account was created through Facebook, it's not possible to use that account without that Facebook account staying active. If you wanted a new account with a username of your choice, get in touch here and one of our support team will be able to help out. If you get an automated response, reply back to it directly.
