Radio Station won't play

I keep getting an error message: Sorry, this radio station cannot be started. Please try with something else. I signed up for Premium to specifically listen to AGIT8 radio and hopefully find new music from there. If the station I signed up for cannot play, I am canceling my account. Can anyone tell me what the issue is? Thanks

What device is this happening on? Just so we're checking the right thing, could you post the Spotify URI of the artist/album you're trying to create the station with?

I keep having the same problem. I'm using the free version of spotify on my laptop, and none of my radio stations will play.

My stations wont play either. Ive tried many different ones... Its annoying, especially since i'm paying for it.

I'm getting the message that says "Sorry, this radio station cannot be started. Please try with something else." What do you mean what am I trying to start it on? I'm on my laptop with the regular version. Trying to start really any radio station. None of the ones I already have are working, and any ones I try to create get the same message.

I am also having this same issue. I am using both my laptop and my iphone 4s. I have tried starting the Kongos radio and it won't work on either device but other radio stations will start just fine, both the ones I already have and new stations.

That's probably because not enough folk have listened to KONGOS for spotify to be able to use its algorithms to generate a radio playlist. This often happens with less popular artists.

I had the same problem with the free version on my Macbook Pro, it said to quit and update Spotify but the update just wouldn't work.

I re-installed Spotify and then it finally updated and the radio worked.

GO TO SETTINGS AND SCROLL DOWN TO LAST.COM AND SIGN IN. PROBLEM SOLVED. OF COURSE, YOU WILL HAVE TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH LAST.COM ON ITS WEBSITE.
