&lt;P&gt;To fix this, all you have to do is contact Spotify using the&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/uk/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-account" target="_blank"&gt;Support Form&lt;/A&gt;. If you haven't used the premium, they should refund it (although it is entirely up to them!)&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;i was charged $10.72 from spotify&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;i stopped my premium free trial a long time ago, and my account is not on premium even after the charge.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;i want to know why i was charged,and how i can get my refund, I DON'T EVEN HAVE PREMIUM&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried for several months to have my account cancelled. I only have one account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;one credit card, with my one facebook name. How many other ways to I have to cancel&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;without it inconveniencing me? Cancel my credit card? really? Just give my premium or&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;at the very least acknowledge that I have written to your site about the problem! Any other&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;so aggravated! at least I am not the only one. Thank you for your suggestion though. Do&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
