charged without getting premium

i was charged $10.72 from spotify

i stopped my premium free trial a long time ago, and my account is not on premium even after the charge.

i want to know why i was charged,and how i can get my refund, I DON'T EVEN HAVE PREMIUM

It's possible you have another account that is on a premium subscription.

To fix this, all you have to do is contact Spotify using the Support Form. If you haven't used the premium, they should refund it (although it is entirely up to them!)

I have tried for several months to have my account cancelled. I only have one account.

one credit card, with my one facebook name. How many other ways to I have to cancel

without it inconveniencing me? Cancel my credit card? really? Just give my premium or

at the very least acknowledge that I have written to your site about the problem! Any other

suggestions?
