&lt;P&gt;You would have to submit a ticket using the&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/uk/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-account" target="_blank"&gt;Support Form&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;if it still doesn't work - although if I read your post correctly, you can't use the support form?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Cannot proceed payment for Spotify Premium!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi there! every time i try to upgrade to premium, i get this message:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Sorry, we couldn't process your order. This may be a result of your payment card or PayPal account being registered in a different country to the one you chose. Please&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/lv/get-spotify/go/freetrial30/" target="_top"&gt;try again&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;or&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="mailto:support@spotify.com" target="_blank"&gt;contact customer support&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;if the problem remains.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;i even went to another bank to get American Express, but that doesnt helped at all, and still got the same message. i am from Latvia, and all my credit cards are registered in Latvia, so i dont see where is the problem, but the message above shows otherwise. in Latvia there is no suppout group yet, so i cant get in touch with anyone who works for Spotify so i am asking for help here and i really hope someone can help me, &amp;nbsp;because i am getting kind of angry. and every time i try to update my payment method in account settings, i get this:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;H1&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Could not update payment details&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/H1&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;every time i check twice before entering my personal stuff, like card number or CVC, so i get them right, and i still dont see any problem.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;i really hope you can help and i would be very thankful if you did.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;finnaly got my Premium! when i got an American Express, i just forgot to put money on it, when i did, i got Premium first try. so stupid, but finnaly i am happy! thanks a lot for making the greatest music aplication of all time, no doubt. Peace!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
