I am now using free spotify and would like to switch to premium but I have tried several times with my mums MasterCard and PayPal and it is still saying payment failed??

I believe mastercard isn't accepted by Spotify. Does the PayPal account have a card linked to it?

Spotify do accept mastercard 😉

Does your card meet all of the requiremented outlined here?
