    <description>&lt;P&gt;The last few weeks I've had problemas with my premium account because everytime I try to do a search or I start playing any song I don't have in my playlists it stops, as if there was a connection problem or something similar, but the problem is not my internet connection. ¿Is this happening to anyone else? &amp;nbsp;¿do you know why?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It has happen to me in different computers and devices but with the same account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It's a pity to pay for a service you don't get&lt;/P&gt;

If you follow the steps &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Help-Accounts-and-Subscriptions/Please-read-Missing-playlists-Premium-disappeared/td-p/61" target="_self"&gt;outlined in this post here&lt;/A&gt; it should sort things out for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I know I have an old account that I no longer use (and I'd like to remove), for that reason I only have on premium account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Most of the time it doesn't appear an error text, it's just like the programme crashed or as if I lost connection with the server and it couldn't work propperly so it doesn't answer to my commands.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Other times, the less, it shows te message "error 114"&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you're still having trouble, please be sure that Spotify is a &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/problems/#!/article/Error-code-101-126/?in=search" target="_self"&gt;known exception for all firewalls&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
