Facebook Account Change

I started my Sotify paid subscription using my wife's account because I did not own a facebook account. I now own a facebook account and would like to change the subscription to my account. I don't want to cancel and loose my playlists since I have been building them for over a year. How can I do this?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they can move everything from one account to another for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

i started my spotify account using my facebook and paid for the premium. i DO NOT want to use my facebook anymore as my login. im getting rid of my facebook. how do i create a spotify account without paying again and transfering all my music over? PLEASE HELP

Get in touch using the link I posted above and a member of the Spotify team can assist you transfer everything from one account to a new non-Facebook one.

now i cant get past that screen after i choose a problem. it wont let me type in my question. very frustrating,.how can i send a email or talk to some one?
