Paying with a Neteller card

Hello,

Since it now seems to be impossible to use a MBNET (I've paid my first month with it but now is not accepted), I'm trying to add a payment method using a Neteller card and I get the error message:

Could not update payment details
Sorry, we could not update your payment details.

Go back and try again or go back to your subscription page

It is equivalent to a Mastercard.

Can you please help me? Thank you.

Hey there, do you have a PayPal account at all? If you attach that card to your PayPal account it should work okay.

That worked fine. 🙂 It is more expensive this way though, since PayPal takes a fee for this transaction. Do you by any change know if MBNET payments are working again?

To my knowledge MBNET payments don't work since you can only use them for a single transaction, whereas when you subscribe to Spotify it will actually complete two transactions, the first to verify the card exists and then another to actually take payment. Since the second one is normally blocked the payment fails.

Yes, but there are also multiuse cards, that also don't work for me. 😞
