      <title>Automatically upgraded; what gives?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been an unlimited subscriber for the past few months. A few days ago I accessed Spotify via my mobile device, without realizing that this was an unlimited feature. Today I received a notification that Spotify charged my paypal account for the $9.99/m without my consent. I looked through terms and agreements/legal and found nothing that said that upon accessing a mobile feature that I would be automatically upgraded. I am a bit purturbed, as my unlimited service was charged not more than a few weeks ago. I believe I do have some leverage here in requesting my account be refunded. If I am in the wrong, or am missing some documentation that specifically states that I am liable to be charged, please feel free to correct me or to point me in the direction of such written terms.&lt;/P&gt;
