Gift Card Redeem Problem

My name is Chris. I received a $30 gift card for Spotify. I created an account (cgetchell) and entered the code on the gift card. I thought I was set for three months of Spotify. However, I could not access my music, my playlists, on my iPhone. I tried deleting my app and reinstalling. No dice. I feel like Spotify did not register the $30 gift card. Please help!! I was so excited to use this gift.

It says Spotify Free.

I typed in the gift card redeem code and it did not register.

I threw away the card after I typed in the code.

I was hoping that maybe Spotify would have some record of the code being entered.

I suggest you submit an online contact form and someone at Spotify will look into this for you. If you get an automated reply, make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply) and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.

Its also worth trying to log into Spotify with your Facebook details and see if that accounts exists and is on premium, its a common thing we see here on the community!
