Offline mode on mobile

I can no longer seem to be able to listen to my playlist offline when I'm at work

I used to listen to my account a lot on my wifi connection at home then switch to offline at work. I've tried various things, deleting spotify, logging into my account online and playing songs for a couple of hours, making my albums unavailable offline but I can't seem to get it to work

Does anyone have any ideas as when I need to concentrate at work it is a massive help

What OS/Spotify version are you running?Just Helps find the issue.

Hi Anthony

I'm using version 0.6.5.183 on my mobile and its on a Samsung Galaxy S4

It lets me listen offline on my laptop but not my phone :oS

Unfortunately, it sounds like you may be exeriencing the bug which has been outlined here. Feel free to add the information requested onto that report, and hopefully Spotify will fix it soon!
