Two Accounts, One Facebook

So I accidentally opened two accounts with one Facebook account. I am having an issue. I cannot access my old account where my playlists are. Is there a way to merge the two accounts?

How can I find out my original username. I've always logged in with my Facebook account and can't seem to remember it.

Hi! I'm having the same problem. I accidently created another account so I have two Spotify accounts linked to one Facebook account. Ideally, I'd just like the combine them since I've created playlists and added followers on the new one. Can you please help me!? 🙂

Probably the quickest way to get this sorted is to drop the team an email using the online contact form and someone there will be able to get it sorted for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

@Roszu - Did you get an automated reply with an 8 digit case number in it? If so reply directly to that email and someone will get back to you as soon as they can. If you also let us know the case number here we can get it chased up for you.

If you didn't receive an automated email reply, get in touch again using this contact form making sure you use a working email address in the first box and then reply directly to the automated email.

@user-removed -- as your account was created through Facebook, it's not possible to use that account without that Facebook account staying active. If you wanted a new account with a username of your choice, one of our support team will be able to transfer over your playlists. Just get in touch here.
