    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am getting quite frustrated because I went for the free trial, then noticed that I could not listen to music on my devices, so then decided to get the subscription, Both receipts are in the account but I am still classed as a free user when the 9.99 have been charged to my account, so I am a paying customer of Spotify Premium!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any help is greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;
