topic Using Mobile Offline Mode w/ Chromebook in Archived content

Hi, I recently signed up for a Premium account, every time I try to switch to Offline mode it gives me the "your license to listen offline has now expired, please go online and renew it."

I have seen this error commonly posted on these forums, but the solution seems to be you need to sync it to your computer. However, my only computer is a Google Chromebook that only has the beta web player and does not have the desktop client that allows me to sync my computer to my HTC One X cell.

Is there anyway of activating my offline mode on my cell phone?

Thanks in advance!

jmon482 - Firstly, can you try a reinstall on your HTC. Just so we're starting over. After, log in with the username 'jmon482' and your Spotify details and make sure the app is in Online mode (in Settings).

You should then be ready to download music to Offline mode. Simply click on a playlist and 'Download'. It should then start syncing.
