    <description>&lt;P&gt;As of right now I am upset and frustrated! Here are my gripes:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. This new Spotify version crashes an absurd amount of times, at least 20 times a day.. And then one time after it crashed, I opened it back up and it started up as the OLD VERSION! How does that even happen?? It still dosen't work 100%. Still crashes too.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. MUSIC LITERALLY DISAPPEARS OUT OF THIN AIR. How? Why? I've lost over 15 songs on SAVED playlists. And its not because of legal problems because the album Anjunabeats Volume 8 disaapeared but none of the other volumes did. Same thing with Paper Diamond's Levitate album, its all gone, even out of my playlists. You can't just keep doing this and not bringing them back. I had one song disappear a year ago and it has yet to come back. WHAT GIVES? This is unnaceptable to lose my music and stil pay.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I cannot stand to pay money to Spotify if they arent going to care. You can't just let this happen and not ever fix it!! Why do you think we went with you in the first place. It dosent help that you have basically zero customer service and NEVER ever respond to people who are having problems. I can't believe that Spotify would allow this to happen, and really not even care what we think. I'm not going to throw all my money at you for no reason, FIX IT !! Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

With the crashing, could you try a hard reset of your phone? We've found this often helps.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regarding the music, we want everything on the service. Music wouldn't be removed unless a rightsholder has requested its takedown or unless there is some type of licensing issue. We really are doing all we can to get as much music as possible on the service (we're adding over 10,000 tracks a day).</description>
