Can't remove my payment method.

Hello.
When I'm trying to remove my payment method, it says:
"This feature is currently unavailable. Please try again later."
 
It has been like this for like 1 week now.
Anyone knows a way to fix this?

You probably need to cancel your subscription first. Have you tried that?

If you drop the customer services team an email directly using the online contact form they can delete it manually for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
